Apple Ginger Slaw

Carefully measure and prepare all ingredients.

Combine in a suitable bowl, and mix to distribute evenly. Transfer to a hotel pan, and cover tightly. Label, date, initial, and refrigerate until needed. Discard any left at the end of the day.
